Status conditions add complexity and strategy to battles.

Physical Conditions

  • Burn: Reduces attack power by 25%, damages each turn
  • Freeze: Reduces speed to 0, may be unable to act
  • Paralysis: Reduces speed by 50%, small chance to skip turns
  • Poison: Damages character each turn

Special Conditions

  • Confused: 50% chance to attack randomly instead of target
  • Attraction: Reduced effectiveness against the source
  • Sleep: Cannot act until cured or condition ends
  • Bind: Cannot switch out or move freely

Immunity & Resistance

  • Some Animon types are immune to certain conditions
  • Items can grant immunity
  • Abilities can prevent or cleanse conditions
  • Training increases resistance to conditions

Curing Conditions

  • Use status healing items
  • Visit a Pokรฉmon Center (in-world equivalent)
  • Use moves that cure status
  • Wait for the battle to end
  • Rest between encounters
